The organization Domeček is the  home for autistic adults was created for autistic adults who were looking for the best permanent care for their children. It was founded by a group of parents of children with autism. The main target groups are both people with autism and their families and specialists working with people with autism.

The main goals of the organization are the following ones:

    * To provide social and economic conditions for an optimal development of persons with autism

    * To support accessible and appropriate lifelong education for adult people with autism, regardless the level of handicap.

    * To support integration people with autism into society, to support the equal access to all facilities, services and activities in the community.

    * To support the rights of people with autism to vocational training and meaningful employment, with regard to their abilities and individual choice.

    * To support accessible and suitable housing for people with autism.

    * To enter and cooperate with international organizations supporting the rights of people with autism.

    * To support the rights of people with autism on long life special care according to their needs.

    *To free people with autism from fear of unwarranted incarceration in any restrictive institutions, including psychiatric hospitals.

    *To free people with autism from abusive physical treatment and pharmacological abuse or misuse.

     *To improve quality of life persons with autism in the adult life.

Domeček provides long year care for autistic adults according to personal centered program focused on further development of communication skills, social behaviour and cognitive skills. The main goal of our effort is to improve possibility our clients to be involved into public life as much as possible included possibility to enter free labor market.
